FirstStop website
With the amalgamation of EAC's established information site www.HousingCare.org with our FirstStop site - providing interpretation, guidance and advice - we now offer all of the resources of the Charity, and its national and local partners, through one portal. We intend to continue adding to the content of both sites to provide ever more comprehensive information and advice for older people, their families and carers.
The local content of our sites is something we are already proud of, and much of our work over the coming year will be dedicated to extending this. An equal priority is to engage older people in the sites and providing opportunities for them to share their experiences of with others.

FirstStop working in partnership
FirstStop Advice is currently working with around 20 local partner organisations across England, including County and District Councils, Home Improvement Agencies, Age Concern Organisations and older people's groups. Each local partnership is delivering a face to face Housing Options Service.
The aim of each partnership is to explore how FirstStop can best contribute to developing and sustaining good quality advice services that help older people achieve the housing, support and care solutions and services they need.
