FirstStop's Advice Line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to offer the best independent information and advice available on all aspects of care and housing for older people.

Frances Auger (National Advice Line Manager)
Frances is responsible for EAC's contribution to delivering the FirstStop Advice service, including the national telephone advice line, email enquiries and the Live Chat service on EAC's HousingCare website.She and her team also refer clients to other FirstStop local and national partners and accept referrals from them.

Dave Eldridge (New Partnerships Programme Manager)
Dave is responsible for managing a pilot programme, supported by DCLG, that provides grant funding to local agencies to develop and deliver housing and care options advice services.

Alice Copping (Consultant, Managing Money Better project)
Alice has just completed a Managing Money Better project,supported by Comic Relief, which aimed to explore ways of incorporating relevant money advice into FirstStop's core housing and care options advice services. As part of her role, Alice managed a grant funding programme supporting work with four local partner organisations.
