National Service Framework for Older People (NSF)
National Service Framework for Older People (NSF) contains strategic national guidance, set by government, to ensure the standards of care older people receive are raised and maintained across the country. There are other frameworks for different NHS priorities, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, and mental health services. They set out 'milestones' and 'targets' for improvement of services.
