EAC's new Services Directory offers HIAs a unique opportunity to promote their services. The Directory is a new feature on both EAC's main websites www.firststopadvice.org.uk and www.housingcare.org. It provides information on a wide range of services that help older people maintain their independence at home.
All visitors to the EAC websites (Housing Advisors as well as the general public) can search the directory, view details of services, print them to PDF, combine them into an extended report and email them to selected contacts or clients.
FirstStop advisors make use of the Directory on a daily basis to advise FirstStop National clients about the services available in any locality.
All UK HIAs already have an entry in the Directory already, but our invitation is to flesh out the picture we present of your agency by describing each of your services in detail and adding photos, brochures, press releases and even videos.
